Si avvisano i contribuenti che con Delibere di Commissario Straordinario n. 4 e
n.5 del 29 aprile 2016 sono state adottate le nuove aliquote IUC ( IMU TASI e
TARI) per l’anno 2016:
- Nuove regole introdotte dalla Legge di Stabilità 2016 per il comodato d’uso
gratuito sia per IMU che TASI : NON PIU’ ASSIMILATO ALL’ABITAZIONE
PRINCIPALE (vedi Delibera n. 5 del 29.04.2016 allegata)
